The Skiwarrior application (hereinafter referred to as “the Application”) is a voice-based real-time intercom service provided to you by SERWIND Inc. (hereinafter referred to as ‘Skiwarrior’ or “we”). We take your privacy seriously. This App will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. However, this App will treat such information with the utmost diligence and prudence. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, this App will not disclose or provide such information to third parties without your prior consent. This App may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. By agreeing to the App Service Usage Agreement, you are deemed to have accepted all terms of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy constitutes an integral part of the App Service Usage Agreement. I. Scope of Application
1. Personal registration information you provide when registering an account with this application, as required by this application;
2. Information automatically received and recorded by this application from your browser and computer when you use its network services or access its platform webpages, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software/hardware characteristics, and webpage request records;
3. User personal data obtained by this application through legitimate channels from business partners.
You acknowledge and agree that the following information is not subject to this Privacy Policy:
1) Keyword information you enter when using the search services provided by this application platform;
2) Information data collected by this application regarding your activities on the platform, including but not limited to participation in events, transaction details, and evaluation information;

II. How We Collect and Use Personal Information
The purpose of collecting personal information is to provide you with products and/or services while ensuring our compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and other normative documents. You have the right to choose whether to provide this information. However, in most cases, if you choose not to provide it, we may be unable to provide the corresponding services or address your inquiries.
1. To deliver the most suitable app display experience, we may collect your unique device identifier (IMEI/OAID/UUID/Android ID/SIM card IMSI), hardware model, network device hardware address (MAC), software version number, clipboard data, etc. We will also use your aforementioned personal information to continuously improve and optimize these features.
2. To create and maintain your account, we collect your mobile phone number and SMS verification code. We send SMS verification codes to the provided number to verify your identity. Failure to provide the SMS verification code will result in registration failure, preventing you from registering and continuing to use this application.
3. To provide complete walkie-talkie services, we may request the following permissions for your device. Please note: Enabling any permission signifies your authorization for us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide the corresponding service. Disabling any permission revokes your authorization, and we will cease collecting and using personal information based on that permission. Consequently, we will be unable to provide the service associated with that permission. You may refuse to enable the following permissions or disable them in your device settings for our products/services. Disabling these permissions will not affect your use of other features:
a) Microphone: When using our products/services, you may allow this app to access your microphone for voice chat or voice command recognition.
b) Storage: Enabling local storage permissions allows downloading certain audio, images, videos, and other content to cache on your device for later playback. It also enables sharing your local images and videos with other users within this app via your device storage.
c) Location: We may use location chips to receive satellite positioning data or access additional location services to obtain your precise location. This helps you participate in location-based activities or enhance your experience with our products/services. Examples include viewing your location on maps, sending location information to other users, or sharing your location with others. You may disable location permissions to prevent us from accessing your location, or individually turn off sharing features to stop sharing your location with other users.
d) Camera You may use the camera to scan QR codes or share photos/videos you capture with users within the app.
e) Bluetooth You may use Bluetooth functionality with our Bluetooth devices to enhance walkie-talkie services.
To provide you with better services, we utilize third-party SDKs. When integrating these SDKs, certain permissions must be enabled as follows:

Device identifiers (including IMEI, IDFA, Android ID, GAID, MAC, OAID, IMSI, MEID, UAID): Used to generate a de-identified unique identifier for end-user devices to ensure accurate message delivery and record user operation behavior;
Device hardware information (including device model, screen resolution, hardware manufacturer, product name): Ensures service compatibility across devices and accurate message delivery;
Operating system information (including OS version, system name, language): Ensures service compatibility across devices and accurate message delivery;
Precise location information: Used to provide “push reports” and “statistical reports,” as well as enable message push functionality for specific geographic groups;
Network information (including network type, carrier name, base station information, IP address, WiFi information, SSID, BSSID): Used to determine the network connection status between the SDK and the server, ensuring service stability and continuity;
Push notification logs: Enable you to query push service records and understand message delivery status.
Software list information (including software list and running software list): When multiple app push links are active simultaneously on a device, we employ link consolidation technology to randomly merge them into a single link. This conserves user battery life and data usage while helping you understand end-user preferences for targeted user segmentation and push functionality.

6. Xiaomi Push SDK
To deliver efficient message notification services, our application integrates the Xiaomi Push SDK provided by Xiaomi Corporation. The Xiaomi Push SDK may collect the following information for message push functionality:

• Device identifiers (e.g., IMEI, Android ID, device MAC address)
• Application information (e.g., application package name, version number)

b) Purpose of Data Use
To enable message push functionality and ensure timely delivery of important in-app notifications to users.
c) Data Storage and Protection
Collected data is encrypted during transmission by the Xiaomi Push SDK and stored on its servers. We do not store, share, or utilize data collected by the Xiaomi Push SDK for any other purposes.
d) Third-Party Terms
Use of the Xiaomi Push SDK is subject to Xiaomi Corporation's Privacy Policy. For details on how Xiaomi Push Service collects and processes data, please refer to the Xiaomi Privacy Policy.
III. How We Store Personal Information
Information and data collected about you through this application will be stored on servers belonging to this application and/or its affiliated companies. This information and data may be transmitted to countries or regions outside your location or where this application collects information and data, and may be accessed, stored, and displayed abroad.
IV. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Personal Information
This application will disclose all or part of your personal information based on your personal wishes or legal requirements under the following circumstances:
1. Disclosure to third parties with your prior consent (including but not limited to electronic consent confirmation);
2. Sharing your personal information with third parties to provide requested products or services, with your prior consent (including but not limited to electronic consent confirmation);
3. Disclosure to regulatory, administrative, or judicial authorities as required by law or upon their request;
4. If you are a qualified intellectual property rights complainant and have filed a complaint, disclosure of your intellectual property-related information (including but not limited to: intellectual property number, form of intellectual property, intellectual property owner, etc.) to the respondent at their request, to facilitate resolution of potential rights disputes between the parties. In any transaction created on this application platform, if either party has fulfilled or partially fulfilled their transaction obligations and requests information disclosure, this application reserves the right to provide that user with necessary information such as the counterparty's name and contact details to facilitate transaction completion or dispute resolution.
6. Other disclosures deemed appropriate by this application based on laws, regulations, or website policies.
V. Self-Launch and Associated Launch Explanation
To ensure this application can receive real-time voice intercom messages pushed by the client while closed or running in the background, it must utilize the (self-launch) capability. This involves periodically sending system broadcasts to wake up the application for self-launch or associated launch, which is necessary for implementing its functions and services.
VI. How We Protect Personal Information Security
1. All application accounts feature security protection. Safeguard your username and password. The application employs security measures such as password encryption to prevent information loss, misuse, or alteration. Despite these safeguards, please note that no “absolutely perfect security measures” exist on information networks. You should take effective self-protection measures, such as regularly changing login passwords.
2. When conducting online transactions via this application's network services, you will inevitably disclose personal information (such as contact details or postal addresses) to transaction counterparts or potential counterparties. Please safeguard your personal information and only provide it to others when necessary. If you discover a leak of your personal information—particularly if your application username or password is compromised—immediately contact our customer service and, if appropriate, notify law enforcement so we may take corresponding measures.
VII. Updates to This Privacy Policy
1. Should we decide to modify this Privacy Policy, we will post the changes within this policy, on our company website, and in other locations deemed appropriate. This ensures you understand how we collect and use your personal information, who may access it, and under what circumstances we may disclose it.

VIII. Account Cancellation
Users may choose to cancel their accounts. To do so, navigate to My Profile -> Cancel Account within the app. Account cancellation takes effect immediately upon successful completion. Account cancellation is irreversible. We will cease providing products or services to you, discontinue collecting your personal information, and delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account as requested, except where otherwise required by laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities.
